Dyed Fuels vs. taxable fuels

Compel IRS to add more staff to investigate use of non-taxable fuels on highway vehicles. OR add staff to Tax Commission to do this. Gas receipts are down.. What is the statistics on dyed fuels volumes?

    How about we just stop dying the fuels in the first place and stop pretending this effects the environment.
