I have to completely agree.
When I was in the military (years ago), if you were single, you were provided a space in the barracks. If you were allowed to NOT live in the barracks, you had to pay your own rent. Now, however, the Navy will give you BAQ if you choose to NOT live in the barracks. I went to one barracks that held 500 people and there were about 50 living in it. When I reported it to my Senator and he had the Navy Department investigate it, the Navy found 12 million dollars in "Waste, Fraud, or Abuse" on the island of Oahu only.
If the taxpayers are providing a domicile, that is all we should have to subsidize.
