Rather than concentrating on makng thr capital building more effeicient, why not put more people to work and create sales tax income, state tax fuel taxes, the basics. Why not put the State Inmates Back in prision and Let the Unemployed back to work? Who's gonna make more money? Why 'doctor' the number by saying the Unemployment numbers for January and Febuary will be down. Tell why... People like me who have used all thier unemployment benifits bucause they cannot find work. Partly because we have undocumented worers who send there tax money to mexico. Or The State Prisinor that is kept in Prision by those of us lucky enough to work, but yet, they are allowed out to work and take jobs from people that have families, homes, and vehicles being lost because we are one of the Unemployment Numbers that looking up? Unemployment rate is only as high as the people that collect right? What about the single parent that for some reason doesn't qualify because of un 'Untrue reason of termination' from an employer. Or people that have used all their unemployment money looking for work. and now are expected to live on $100 in foodstamps. Not many apartments for rent that take foodstamps.but who cares about the homeless, or the people how commit crimes to get into jail. Wanna make the state more efficent? Make it possible to live here!!!!!!!

Make the state unemployment numbers represt the HONESTLY unemployed......instead of 9.2% for Idaho. Its, more like 12 to 13% Because that guy that sleeps under the bridge in I.F. or Pocatello and cannot cleanup enough to land what FEW jobs there are?? I am a 40 year old man, graduated Highschool, 2 years of college and according to SSA, have to much education, youth, and emploment history to be considered disabled even though I can hardly walk and take enough medications on a daily basis just to stay sain, and somewhat mobil ( than 10 nomal people will take thier whole lives). But I no longer fit into the numbers good or bad. what are you going to do if you run out of prision space, County Jail space, home arresting bands and monitoring, and the states cannot afford to house the prisioners in other states.....

Charging parents for thier children to go to school (get rid of the bill of rights)! Betcha Georges bush, Insurance agenceys, Oil Companies, don't have the same problems.. Better find more for the POLICE Department budget... Crimes are going to increase!

Make it POSSIBLE to live In this Beautiful state! Idaho has the 3rd worst economy in the western Unied states. Population is declining and Parks and rec are whinning for more money to help control land that does not belong to them. (or was that fish and game? who already have overcharged themselves out of a job)

But why do I care, I don't count.......
