Use existing budget for energy efficiency upgrades in public buildings; result = energy & $ savings
Currently, all agencies have an Operations & Maintenance budget. We can line-item allocate some of the existing budget (to be determined on a case-by-case basis) to efficiency upgrades. This will create jobs (the people doing the upgrades) AND result in utility bill savings for the lifetime of the building.

Create new power production by use of magnetic motors.
a) This is real technology and works. ( see http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uHh5AqQ4_xw )
b) This will reduce and/or eliminate the need for oil based motor use and consumption.
c) This is environment friendly.
d) This will create jobs!Ideally, long-term benefits would include reducing or eliminating vehicle emissions, nuclear waste, dams on Idaho rivers, wind farms that become an eye-sore, and millions of miles of power lines and poles.
The world needs an upgrade.

Build more nuclear power plants
Idaho had the rst Atomic power plan for commercial use, why is Idaho preventing the building of many many more nuclear power plants. the state could build these and sell that power to other states and give our own state citizens a break on their power bills. We have the knowledge and manpower for this, why not get started.

Create one agency: Department of Natural Resources
Other states have a single agency to encompass water resources, species, soil conservation, etc. This would eliminate duplication of services.

Cut Idaho office of species conservation, Funding to USDA Wildlife Services, and Grasshopper Control
Some programs that have helped in the past, but those who benefit directly (a small group) or are impacted locally should fund them if they want to, not the state!
