Deport Incarcerated Illegal Aliens

Deport all incarcerated illegal aliens back to their country of origin. If they re-enter, then shouldn't it become a federal immigration issue?

    I agree, but would also say if you are an illegal alien you are here breaking the law and should be deported also.
