Make DHW EBT cards different than Child Support Cards
By doing this, Idahoans can easily tell if non-food items (such as cleaners, cosmetics, cigarettes, alcohol) are being purchased with EBT funds. This addresses the misperception of "tax payer" dollars going to the purchase of cigarettes and alcohol.

The author of this doesn't know that Idaho Child support is paid to the custodial parent either by direct depost or by a Visa Debit card Family support card. It in no way looks like an Idaho Quest Card. Well, the back of the cards look a little similar ( black magnetic stripe and a place for a signature).
