Rapid investigation and stiff punishment for any reported Medicaid and Social Security Fraud
I would like a fraud investigator to follow through with reproted Medicaid and Social security fraud within a reasonable amount of time such as 90 days. Currently I report medical fraud and nothing ever happens. The person committing the fraud continues committing fraud, the provider committing fraud stays in business. I can think of specific individual that if they were stopped from committing fraud it would save the state of Idaho over $100,000 per year in Medicaid money!

State has nothing to do with social security, however medicaid is one of the states biggest budget area, at 1.6 billion, with only 300 million state money involved. The more investagative manpower and technology they should be able to save medicaid more that their entire budget, which I bet they currently do now.

Medicaid and Social Security are, by design, perfect for those willing to act fraudulently. Anyone who is willing to go and act crazy or unbalanced can end up with social security disability and medicaid etc. People know how to game the system and the system allows it to happen.
