I believe that the state of Idaho needs to make their building plans so that the school will fit the amount of kids they have going their. In the past some schools have not built their schools big enough to fit all of their students so in a short amount of time they have to rebuild the school in about 5 year when the building should last a lot longer than that. So to help eliminate this problem a standard set of blue prints should be made, but they should be made based on the population of the school district and average number of students enrolled.
