    This would need to be on every level, since many budgets only show the amount provided to an agency, and not the breakdown of how that agency spends those funds.

    Ironically http://legislature.idaho.gov/Budget/publications/PDFs/LBB/FY2010/LBBFrame.htm for the current year budget is a broken link... :P

    Ideally people should be able to go to college for free, such as in Sweden. But since FY10 is proposing huge education cuts, I have a feeling this is another issue that will get placed on the back-burner.

    Good idea though.
