    Agree, we shouldn't be raising levees on schools that have less then 70 children in school, all within approximately 8 - 15 miles from each other. Central Idaho is a perfect example. Culdesac, Craigmont, Nezperce, and Prarie High school could combine for a total 15 minute commute for each school and would have an attendence of approximately 160 - 180 children.
