    Medicaid and Social Security are, by design, perfect for those willing to act fraudulently. Anyone who is willing to go and act crazy or unbalanced can end up with social security disability and medicaid etc. People know how to game the system and the system allows it to happen.

    Make the voucher equal to the property taxes paid for public schools. Those who choose to send their kids to private schools are helping the economy with the tuitions they pay.
