  1. Eliminate the Division of Public Works

    DPW should be eliminated. Through a competitive bidding process, a contract should be awarded to a private company to manage state building projects professionally and efficiently.

  2. Classic plate should only be for classic cars

    I seen some commercal trucks using a classic plate. classic plates are cheaper than commercal plates. make them buy regular commercal plates.

  3. Ask for donations toward specific areas: education, converted Gov's Mansion into People's Place,etc

    Allow citizens to direct funds toward a showcase of sustainability with building materials and garden plots, park areas, on grounds, with K-12, university, neighborhood ass'ns involved. Use the home for special events for private (with fee) and 501c3 & other public events (donation). This could also be a tourist draw for Boise, with horse & buggy travel to the People's Place.
