maybe we could give the parents the ability to disiplian their kids when they are younger without fear of going to jail by a out of control state agency and maybe prevent the kids from being future delinquents in the first place.

When you raise the tax on one thing you automatically say it is alright to raise the taxes on everything,, what would be off limits in raising taxes and who would decide that?

The government was not instituted to make money off the people, nor to protect the citizens from themselves. I wear my seat belt because it is a good safety device not because of fear of a fine. Making money off the public is akin to stealing in my book.

I would disagree with this one, I do not believe we should have a seat belt law in the first place. the government was not instituted to make money off the people, nor to protect the citizens from themselves.

I agree those who can commute should, I am hardly ever for taxing the citizens, but a usage fee for those who use a particular service is reasonable.

Creating more taxes has not and will never be a good economic idea. The government should use the money from all it's investments and holdings in order to pay the bills. The Comprehensive Annual Financial Report shows the actual wealth of the state. Every citizen should demand to see these CAFRs from the state, counties and cities.

I would suggest eliminating the income tax altogether and lowering the sales tax, giving citizens more money in their pockets, which they might spend which in turn would stimulate the economy more.

Why a new law or fine, we have a regulation about inattentive driving the fits this category right now. We are Idaho, we do things our way, we should not look to what other states have done in order to govern our own state.

I agree, the government should encourage it's workers and it's citizens to make suggestions on how to improve government in all aspects. This website is a great start as long as they use it.

I would ask in the 4 days they are working, how much overtime is there on those days? I would suggest keeping automobiles for 5 to 10 years instead of replacing them with new ones every other year, that alone would save millions. I drive a very reliable 1996 Pontiac, I do not see why the state employees need a better car then I drive.

Let a worker work until they die if they are stil productive, don't try and kick them out on the street sooner then they have to be.

The Federal government has no jurisdiction within the state of Idaho, and the state should make sure to enforce that. I would agree with the rest...
